Loaded Hummus
serves 4
Ingredients
1 cn chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 C tahini
1/8 C lemon juice
1/8 C cold water
1 cl garlic, roasted
1/4 t cumin
1/8 t cayenne
1/4 t salt
Toppings
olive oil
feta cheese
Kalamat olives
Castelvetrano olives
roasted red peppers
tomato wedges
fresh parsley
Instructions
Process all the hummus ingredients until smooth, adding olive oil as needed.
Plate, garnish with toppings, and serve chilled.
